Grodush the Laden is a wealthy orkan trader who operates an iron mine at the site known as Underrun. His investment is vast, and his contracts are complicated. The mine needs to stay in operation for him to stay in business. The iron ore he excavates he sells primarily in the region to both sides. He has customers of both human and Orkan origin. The mine for decades has been a cash cow and one that has kept many locals of both human and orkan descent in work. That was until this past spring when a new shaft was opened to follow a newly discovered vein.  
 
This adventure takes place on the Plains of Perion. It is designed for up to six players and is intended for beginning and low-level characters. It can be run as a stand-alone adventure or as Chapter 1 in the “Ironpoint” series.
